I have been licensed to sell real estate since 1973, selling new homes, resale homes, industrial commercial investment (I.C.I.) and business brokerage.

In 1978, I became a real estate broker and co-founded Kelleher Real Estate, making it the oldest Century 21 franchise in Mississauga and one of the first in the G.T.A.

In 1982 I became a Fellow of the Realtors Institute and in 1987 a Canadian Residential Appraiser, appraising over 20,000 homes for mortgages, relocation and legal matters for all the major financial institutions and relocation companies in Canada. I have appraised for the Federal, Provincial and local municipal government as well as the general public.

 

I have served on various committees in the industry including:

  • Vice President of Mississauga Real Estate Board
  • Chairman of the Mississauga Real Estate Board of Ethics (2 years)
  • 10 years on the Mississauga & Toronto Real Estate Boards Ethics committee
  • Over the past 30 years served on over 20 committees of the Mississauga and Toronto Real Estate Boards
